General Information - Newtown

Our Newtown settings cares for children from 2 years 8 months to 5 years across two large playrooms. This service is open term-time only, 38 weeks of the year.  We offer the Ecce scheme from 9 to 12 daily, which is completely free to families.  We also offer optional part-time care from 12 to 2 daily, at a small fee.  From 2pm we welcome our Afterschoolers, who come from a variety of schools in the area.  The children must be dropped to the setting, we do not offer school collections.  The afterschool children enjoy a variety of activities, access to our private playground, help with their homework and a delicious dinner daily, prepared by our in-house chef.

 

The ratios for out Newtown setting are as follows:

 

Ecce 2 years 8 months to 5 years 1:11

Afterschool 5 years+ 1:12

 

The maximum number of children we care for in Newtown is 44 pre-schoolers in the morning and 36 Afterschoolers in the Afternoon.
